Our Home Health Aides are totally committed, highly qualified and
carefully selected individuals who are personally and thoroughly
screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly our caregivers are

In addition to their previous
experience, our Home Health Aides receive continuous training that
includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Care Source.
Care Source recently unveiled
the Certified Companion Aide (CCA) Program to its Caregivers which
raises a caregiver’s skills to professional status and sets them
apart as members of a select group of CCA’s in the nation. The
program represents a dramatic development in caregiver training and
it is unparalleled in the home care industry. The program is very
comprehensive, with 19 topics of study ranging from professionalism
and communication to body mechanics; from chronic medical conditions
to nutritional needs and maintaining a healthy environment. As a
result of our employees’ participation in this exciting training
program, Care Source now boasts the best-trained, most professional
caregivers around.
All of Care Source’s Caregivers
are employees of the company we do not use subcontractors of any
kind. Our caregivers meet stringent guidelines set forth by our
clinical and staffing department and we constantly update
information on our Caregivers to assure that they continue to meet
our guidelines throughout their time with us.
